Alex joined Chalice in 2017, and was appointed Managing Director in November 2018. Alex has lead Chalice through an exceptional recent growth period and was recognised as ‘New/Emerging Leader of the Year’ by MiningNews and ‘CEO of the Year’ by Kitco in 2020. Alex has diverse experience in a variety of leadership roles across the resources sector, as a management consultant, engineer, project manager and corporate advisor. Prior to joining Chalice, he was working as a Specialist consultant with the global management consultancy McKinsey & Company. He commenced his engineering career with resources giant BHP in Adelaide, and then spent over six years as an engineer in oil and gas exploration.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (first class Honours) and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide. Mr Dorsch is a member of the Technical Committee.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 20 years of professional and corporate experience in the energy and resources sector in Australia and the United Kingdom. Richard has previously worked in senior finance roles with global energy companies including Woodside Petroleum Ltd and Centrica Plc. Prior to this, Richard was in private practice with major accounting practices. Richard is a Non-executive Director of DevEx Resources Ltd, and until recently, was the Chief Financial Officer of Liontown Resources Ltd, both ASX listed. Richard joined Chalice in 2005 (16 years).

Dr. Frost is an exploration geologist with over 25yrs experience in mostly senior roles with a range of mining companies from junior explorers through to international mining houses. Dr. Frost has a solid understanding of economic geology from a background in project generation and evaluation of exploration projects from grass roots through to mining, and in 2009 he was a joint recipient of the AMEC Prospectors award for the discovery of the Spotted Quoll nickel sulphide deposit located in the Forrestania greenstone belt of Western Australia. Dr. Frost was also responsible for Western Area Limited’s first significant nickel sulphide discovery (Flying Fox, 2003) which propelled Western Areas through to its current position as a dominant player in the nickel sulphide market. Dr. Frost was part of Western Area’s team that progressed both nickel sulphide discoveries through to feasibility studies and ultimately through to mine production. Dr. Frost is a member of the Australian Institute of Geologists. Kevin joined Chalice in March 2016.

Bruce has over 20 years' technical and executive experience in the exploration industry with companies such as AngloGold Ashanti, Independence Group, Jabiru Metals and Blackham Resources. He has expertise across the mineral exploration value-chain, from greenfield exploration to mining feasibility, and possesses significant strategic, business development and project evaluation experience. Bruce has been involved in several discoveries including the world-class Tropicana gold deposit in Western Australia for which he was the joint recipient of AMEC's Prospector of the Year Award in 2012. Bruce joined Chalice in 2019, and was appointed General Manager of Corporate Development in October 2019.

Dr Carney is a proven leader in the mining industry, with over 20 years of experience specialising in environment, health and safety, indigenous affairs, government relations and community investment. Most recently, she held the role of Regional Environment Manager for Alcoa’s mining, refining and smelting operations in Australia, providing leadership on environmental standards, risk management and performance. Soo was also a member of Alcoa of Australia’s senior leadership team and the Company’s global environment leadership team, contributing to the delivery of the global Environment and Sustainability strategy. She has previously held senior Health, Safety and Environment leadership roles across BHP’s iron ore operations in Western Australia, including for the $20 billion Outer Harbour Development, and at Woodside Energy’s Pluto LNG Project.
Soo holds a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology as well as a Bachelor of Natural Resources with Honours. She was awarded her Doctorate at The University of Adelaide under a full Research Council of Australia (Industry) scholarship. Soo joined Chalice in March 2021.

Michael is a commercially astute Study Director experienced in defining high value growth strategies for complex resource development projects. He brings over 30 years of experience in study management, project development, engineering and management consulting.
Michael has worked on development projects across base and precious metals as well as several bulk commodities. He has led studies for major mining houses, resource juniors and infrastructure developers across the globe. Michael’s early career included roles with global engineering services provider Fluor Corporation and strategy consultant McKinsey & Company. Michael joined Chalice in April 2021.

Chris is a qualified lawyer with over 13 years of legal and finance experience in the resources industry. Chris has previously worked in corporate finance and legal roles in Carnarvon Petroleum and Australis Oil & Gas. Prior to that, he was an Associate Director at boutique investment bank, Miro Advisors, and was in legal private practice in a major national law firm.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan and is currently an Associate member of CPA Australia. Chris joined Chalice in July 2020.

Jamie is a Chartered Accountant who has over 20 years' experience within the accounting profession and the administration of public listed companies in the mining and exploration industry. Jamie joined Chalice in June 2019.
Amelia is a marketing and communications specialist with over 15 years’ experience across a broad range of industries, including the mining and exploration sector, events and hospitality. Prior to working for Chalice, Amelia has held senior marketing roles for Crown Resorts and InterContinetal Resorts. Amelia has also managed communications for Liontown Resources Ltd, DevEx Resources Ltd and PhosEnergy Ltd.
Amelia holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Marketing and Public Relations at Curtin University. Amelia joined Chalice in July 2018.

Leanne is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary who has over 18 years of accounting and governance experience within the mining and energy industries. Leanne was formerly Company Secretary for Chalice and Liontown Resources Ltd.
Leanne joined Chalice as Finance Manager in April 2010 and was appointed Company Secretary from 2012 to 2019.

Shaun is a Health & Safety professional with 17 years’ experience in the mining, exploration, oil and gas, and heavy industry. With a passion for driving a strong safety leadership culture, Shaun has previously worked in roles such as Injury Management, Health, Safety, Environment and Emergency Services Management, and most recently managed the Pandemic Response project for BHP. Shaun is a respected leader of action oriented teams within Health, Safety & Environment departments, including corporate and operationally based teams. Shaun holds expertise in areas of Occupational Health and Safety including auditing, risk management, incident investigations, behaviour based safety systems and safety leadership development.
Shaun holds a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (UWA), a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Curtin) and a Master of Business Administration (Curtin). Shaun joined Chalice Mining in June 2021.

Ian is a qualified Manager of Metallurgy with over forty years’ experience in process plant design, testwork, feasibility studies, commissioning, plant operations and team management on major international and local projects.
Ian has extensive experience in both international and Australian projects, in the treatment of refractory and copper/gold ores, in the design of comminution circuits, and industrial minerals process plants. Ian held a senior position in Newcrest Mining Limited, with responsibility for metallurgy across projects and studies, including plant optimization work across a number of sites.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Engineering, specialising in Mineral Technology and a PhD in Mineral Technology. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Ian joined Chalice in June 2021.
